Have you looked at your parents lately? Maybe mom has 'let it go' a little and dad looks like he might deliver your new sibling any day now. Well, more than likely, they’re probably just not getting enough exercise. But they’re not the only ones. Have you looked at yourself in the mirror lately?

Whether its TV, video games or less enthusiasm for high school sports, teens are exercising less and gaining more weight (That's bad). But there's an easy solution. By exercising and eating right you may avoid high cholesterol, obesity and other health risks. Plus, exercise may help boost your self-confidence (That's good).
