I wish I had something to say. Something that would make
you think and leave you speechless. But that's hard to do when your
life is as plain as the white paper in front of you: Empty of
thoughts, full of emotions, but with nowhere to go. And all you can
do is sit there and cry, knowing there’s another thing to add to the
list of things you will never have. And all you’re left with is
puffy eyes, a blank sheet and shattered dreams...
It's
perfectly normal to feel sad every now and then. In most cases these
feelings of sadness pass quickly, and you move on with your life. If
you feel sad for too long, however, this may be a sign that you
suffering from depression. Depression is an emotional state
in which you feel hopeless and worthless.
Depression is a
disease that has a significant impact on the lives of teenagers. If
not treated it can lead to harmful behavior, such as "cutting." In
extreme cases, it can even lead to suicide. If you feel depressed,
there are many places where you can get help. There are many
websites devoted to this issue and how to cope with it.
