In an effort to better serve your professional development needs, the Northeastern Regional Information Center is conducting this survey about the Model Schools Program. Thank you, in advance, for taking a few moments to provide some very valuable data to us and your district's facilitator.

The results of this survey will be discussed at the Model Schools Advisory Council meeting at the beginning of November. Some changes to the program will be made based on your important feedback.
